Services standard
The translation service provided by AD 3DOORS is based on the Estonian translation services standard EVS-EN ISO 17100:2015, identical to the European standard EN ISO 17100:2015 and issued under the authority of the European Committee for Standardization (CEN). Our company adheres to the integrated quality management standard ISO 9001:2015 and the translation service quality standard of the Association of Estonian Translation Companies.
For quality assurance our company has implemented a quality management system that involves among others the following:
- Testing procedure for translators
- Registering project management stages in a database
- Cooperation between all parties related to the project
- Close cooperation with clients
- Project verification procedures
- Archiving materials according to agreements
- Strict adherence to confidentiality requirements
- Feedback from customers
Services
Translation
Our team of professional translators and editors consists of philologists with a university level linguistic education and specialists in other fields with at least 5 years working experience.
Editing
Good text conveys the meaning clearly and unambiguously, it is orthographically and grammatically correct. Proofreading can actually precede translation when the source text is not quite clearly understandable.
Layout
Written materials need layout for any type of presentation. It is also important to know the intended purpose of the content early in the layout process. This
Printing
Printed advertising materials (brochures, booklets, posters, leaflets, etc.). Digital printing of stickers in small print runs (incl. printing in white, gold and silver).
